SVG

SVG – Scalable Vector Graphics – it is a two dimensional vector graphics. SVG images are created using XML markup language and can be easily edited, searched, indexed, scripted, and compressed without losing their quality.

A vector graphic is a type of computer graphic that is created using mathematical equations to define lines, shapes, and colors. Because of that SVG images are scalable and can be resized without losing clarity or quality. This makes SVG a great choice for responsive design, where images need to adjust to different screen sizes and resolutions.

Since SVG is based on XML, it can be easily embedded in HTML and styled using CSS. This allows for dynamic changes in the image’s colors, size, and position to be made directly through CSS.
